Use the Size guide on the product page and measure your chest, waist and hips in centimetres. Compare all three measurements rather than relying on your usual size. The guide is illustrative; check the fit before personalising your garment.

Yes. Choose the top size using the size buttons, then select your trouser size separately.

Follow the care label on your garment. Turn embroidered garments inside out, wash with similar colours and avoid ironing directly over the stitching. Washing and drying instructions can vary by style.

Screens and lighting can change how colours appear. Colour swatches and photos are a guide; check the selected colour name when reviewing your choices.

Embroidery is available in the customiser for scrub tops, the top in a full scrub set, and lab coats. Bottoms, underscrubs and outerwear do not have embroidery options.

Choose a chest name and optional title or specialty, a font and thread colour. Each sleeve can have one design: an icon, university logo or supported custom logo. Optional initials are available with icons.

Use the logo upload option in the customiser. Use a clear PNG, JPG or WebP within the displayed file-size limit, preferably with a transparent background. Only upload artwork you own or have permission to use.

Yes. Swipe the product photos or use the gallery controls. Select the chest or sleeve area to review your design, then change the text, colour or placement before adding it to your bag. Position and scale in the preview are approximate.

It downloads a JSON specification of your selected garment and embroidery choices. Share it with your production provider for review. It is not a machine-ready embroidery file; the provider must confirm sizing, placement and digitise the artwork for their equipment.

Your product choices stay on this device; your bag lasts for the current browser session. They won’t carry over to another browser or device, and clearing site data removes them.

No. Adding an item or downloading a specification does not place an order, take payment or reserve stock. Online payment is unavailable.

Browsing and saving products do not earn points. This site does not issue loyalty points or create customer accounts.
