Saved choices deserve the same care as your scrubs.

What we save
Your shopping bag is saved in this browser session. Product selections—including size, colour, embroidery text, initials, uploaded logos and the last photo viewed—are saved on this device and restored when you return. They remain until you clear this site’s browser storage. Language and cookie preferences are also saved on your device. This storefront does not currently accept payments, create customer accounts or issue loyalty points.
Embroidery and uploaded logos
Text and logo uploads are used to show your preview and keep your choices in the bag. Uploaded images are read in your browser; the current upload feature does not send them to an order system. Avoid uploading sensitive personal information. Order fulfilment requires confirmed embroidery details.
Cookies and your choices
Essential browser storage keeps your bag and preferences working. Optional analytics and marketing tracking are not currently installed. Your optional choices default to off, and can be changed at any time through Cookie settings. The consent preference is remembered for up to 180 days; you can also clear it in your browser settings.
Hosting and external services
The hosting platform and external font providers may receive technical information needed to deliver the site, such as your IP address and browser details. Their own privacy notices apply to their services. This site does not currently send your shopping bag or embroidery choices to analytics or marketing services.
Control over your information
You can remove items from your bag, change your cookie choices or clear this site’s browser storage. Clearing storage removes locally saved choices. See the FAQ for guidance on managing saved choices.
