Standard products
For eligible non-personalised products, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason, subject to Egypt’s statutory exceptions. Eligible statutory returns do not carry additional costs. Keep the product in the condition in which it was supplied; wearing, washing or altering it can affect a change-of-mind return. Keep your proof of purchase and packaging where available.
Personalised embroidery
Products made to your selected name, initials, logo or other specifications may be excluded from change-of-mind returns when they correctly match those specifications. This exception does not remove your rights if the item is defective or the embroidery does not match your confirmed order.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item is defective or does not match the agreed specifications, notify us within 30 days of receiving it to request the applicable replacement or refund. These statutory remedies are provided without additional costs. Include your proof of purchase, a description of the issue and helpful photos where possible.
Refunds
Refunds are made through the original purchase method where applicable and follow statutory deadlines. For defective goods covered by the Consumer Protection Agency’s guidance, the replacement or refund is due within one week of the consumer approaching the supplier. A payment provider may take additional time to show a processed refund.
How to request a return
Use the support contact on your order confirmation. Include your order number and the item you want to return. Collection or return instructions will be provided; do not send items to an unconfirmed address.
Your legal rights
This policy does not restrict mandatory rights under Egyptian consumer-protection law. Any more favourable applicable rights continue to apply.

المنتجات العادية
المنتجات المؤهلة وغير المخصصة يمكن طلب استرجاعها أو استبدالها خلال ١٤ يوم من الاستلام بدون إبداء سبب، مع مراعاة الاستثناءات القانونية في مصر. الاسترجاع القانوني المؤهل لا يحمّلك نفقات إضافية. احتفظ بالمنتج بنفس حالته عند الاستلام؛ الاستخدام أو الغسيل أو التعديل قد يؤثر على استرجاع تغيير الرأي. احتفظ بإثبات الشراء والتغليف إن كان متاحًا.
التطريز المخصص
المنتجات المصنوعة باسمك أو حروفك أو شعارك أو مواصفاتك الخاصة قد تُستثنى من استرجاع تغيير الرأي إذا كانت مطابقة لهذه المواصفات. الاستثناء لا يلغي حقوقك إذا كان المنتج معيبًا أو التطريز غير مطابق لطلبك المؤكد.
منتج معيب أو غير مطابق
لو المنتج معيب أو غير مطابق للمواصفات المتفق عليها، أبلغنا خلال ٣٠ يوم من الاستلام لطلب الاستبدال أو الاسترداد المستحق. هذه الحقوق القانونية تُنفّذ بدون نفقات إضافية. أرفق إثبات الشراء ووصف المشكلة وصورًا توضيحية إن أمكن.
استرداد المبلغ
الاسترداد يكون بنفس طريقة الشراء حيث ينطبق ذلك، ووفق المدد القانونية. بالنسبة للسلع المعيبة المشمولة بإرشادات جهاز حماية المستهلك، يتم الاستبدال أو الاسترداد خلال أسبوع من لجوء المستهلك للمورد. قد يحتاج مقدم الدفع وقتًا إضافيًا لإظهار المبلغ بعد تنفيذ الاسترداد.
طلب الاسترجاع
استخدم وسيلة الدعم الموجودة في تأكيد طلبك. اذكر رقم الطلب والمنتج المطلوب إرجاعه. هنوفر تعليمات الاستلام أو الإرجاع؛ لا ترسل المنتجات لعنوان غير مؤكد.
حقوقك القانونية
هذه السياسة لا تحد من الحقوق الإلزامية بموجب قانون حماية المستهلك المصري. أي حقوق أفضل تنطبق عليك تظل سارية.
