Using the website
Welcome to FOMO. You can browse products, save choices and preview embroidery.
Product information and pricing
Product photos, colours and embroidery previews are illustrative. Screen settings can affect colour appearance. Check materials, measurements, availability and care instructions before ordering. Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds; the complete payable total, including any delivery fees, will be shown before an order is submitted.
Your personalised design
Check names, initials, spelling, selected logos, placement, font and thread colour carefully. Upload only artwork you own or have permission to use. Before production, the confirmed design and any embroidery charge will need to be agreed. Preview placement and scale are approximate.
Production files
The download is a JSON specification describing your choices. It is not a machine-ready stitch or print file and is not sent automatically to a supplier. The production specialist must confirm physical dimensions, prepare suitable artwork or digitised stitches, and approve the result before manufacturing.
Ordering and delivery
Online payment is unavailable. Adding items to your bag does not place an order or reserve stock.
Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds page explains standard returns, personalised items, and defective or incorrect products. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights under applicable Egyptian law.
Privacy and browser storage
Our Privacy Policy explains how the current site stores your bag, product choices, language and cookie preferences. Do not upload sensitive personal information. You can clear locally saved choices through your browser settings.
Accounts and FOMO Club
Browsing or saving items does not create an account or earn loyalty points.
