For example, an EGP 890 product purchase earns 89 points once the order is completed. Checkout previews and cancelled orders earn no points.

When are points added?
After an order is paid and completed. Pending orders do not add to your available balance.
What happens with returns?
Points earned on refunded products are reversed. Any reward restoration is recorded in your history after the return is reviewed.
How do I use a reward?
Choose an unlocked reward here, then apply it to an eligible order. One loyalty reward per order. Points are deducted only after a successful redemption.
Can I share points or exchange them for money?
Points belong to your FOMO account and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
